jud!!! OMG! YOU ARE ONE STRONG DUDE!!! hey what can i say when a guy weighs 170+ and does 295? however, i will!!! first off....for old coach b i want more leg lifting. you are about 99% back. look at your lower back off the ground....round....look at your back and legs at bar at knee level....legs almost totally used up....however, strong finish, allows that bar to move and you pull your body down nicely. i would be with more legs and even quicker hands and arms on the turn over you could easily do 325!!! hope this helps. |
