We had a bright but intimidating idea. The 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games needed a lavish after party. Jeremy Thiel, Web Smith, and Ruben Rojas took the task head on with the help of Ingrid Kantola. Our Audacious goal was for 1,000 to show up after an exhausting week, on a Sunday night, at a club 25 minutes away from the Stadium. What did we get? 1,300 CROSSFITTER'S IN ONE CLUB. The owners of L.A.'s finest club, Exchange LA, were dazzled by the display of what shall be known as "The Fittest Party on Earth". Filmed and Produced by J. Elliot Schrock, Head of SICFIT Video Media
Web Smith is a social media geek, branding enthusiast and fitness junkie. A former athlete, he played four seasons of NCAA Division III football in beautiful New England before completing his studies at the University of St. Thomas and Rice University in Houston, Texas. He is Texas-born with deep roots and love for the New England states. He graduated with a dual Bachelors of Arts, with Academic Distinction, in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.
Lindsey Smith, his lovely wife, and Alexis Leigh Smith, his grown-up two year old, round out his beautiful family. They even knock before entering his office!
As a partner, he works heavily on SICFIT.com, where he creates cutting-edge media while building a budding international brand alongside Nicole Hughes, Jeremy Thiel, and Elliot Schrock. He consults for other business owners and focuses on social media strategy that will bene fit each company visibility and perceived authenticity. Web'Âs personal goal is to land an article in Inc Magazine or WIRED magazine that features Social Media'Âs future in the health and wellness industry.
