Crystal McReynolds graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. She is CrossFit Level II certified and PT certified through the Cooper Institute. She has been an athlete from a young age and has an intense passion for fitness and wellness. Crystal specializes in functional and strength training for all ages. Through her education and fitness training experience, Crystal is able to motivate individuals to obtain their best fitness. She is available for one on one training as well as group settings.
