Paul Smith is the owner of GetLifted Gym. Before this venture, he played in the National Football League for eight seasons: three years with San Francisco, three years with Detroit, one year with St. Louis, one year with Denver.
Started Crossfit training January of 2009. Opened GetLifted Gym in march of 2009.
